Troops have rushed to plug "severe cracks" in a dam upriver from one of the cities hardest hit by the massive earthquake in China. The Ministry of Water Resources said Dujiangyan City -- which has a population of about 630,000 -- "would be swamped," if major problems emerged at the dam, China.org reported
